In just four short years, my wife and I achieved financial freedom by utilizing a savvy combination of the Buy, Rehab, Rent Refinance & Repeat (BRRRR) method with Short-Term Rental models in our investment properties.
We focused on reviving distressed properties through major renovations or finishing basements/adding additional dwellings (ADU's), which enabled us to quickly refinance our initial investments and re-invest in other opportunities - repeating this cycle again & again until we hit our goal at only age 35!
Today we own 16 doors across Mexico (Holbox and Tulum, Quintana Roo) and the US (Pacific Northwest) that are actively managed for success.

I once wrote on my chalk vision wall: "write a book," after hanging up the phone with a friend, who encouraged me to do it as a result of the rough obstacles I was experiencing in my life.
